2025 – Present

At CEU Builder, we build accredited education programs for the hospitality industry. We create IDCEC/AIA compliant courses for hospitality vendors and design firms, secure IDCEC/AIA approval, and book sessions + chapter events across Texas. We do this by aligning CEU content to spec pathways and then track the flow from registrations → spec-ins. In short, we help sales reps build partnerships, implement CRM attribution, and turn education into pipeline.

As a hands-on consultant, I build digital acceleration and go-to-market systems for hospitality founders across the U.S., scoping markets, turning customer data into GTM plans, and building lean marketing orgs. I Optimize spend for ROI and focus execution on revenue growth (demand gen, web, social, and sales enablement) to drive measurable results.

2025 – Present

As CMO/CTO, I Led the sales and marketing org for a collection of brands (Andaaz Manufacturing, Curve Hospitality, CH Design Studios), aligning data and ops across the complete stack of businesses. Built HubSpot-driven campaigns and Sales Hub automations, deployed AI agents via n8n to reduce admin load and accelerate research, developed processes, playbooks, and training to scale revenue initiatives against competitors.

Digital Marketing Analyst, Castle Biosciences

2024 – 2025

As Digital Marketing Analyst, I owned web analytics and conversion optimization across patient and provider funnels. Built GA4 / Tag Manager event tracking and Looker Studio / HubSpot dashboards, ran SEO / SEM and A/B tests, and partnered with product / compliance to launch campaigns that improved MQL quality and guided channel spend.

Built the North American marketing engine for a utility-scale solar tracker / racking manufacturer – launched the U.S. brand presence, stood up HubSpot + GA4, rebuilt the website and paid search, produced RFP-ready collateral / case studies, and drove demand via RE+ events, channel partners, and targeted EPC / developer outreach.

As Head of Marketing for an oil tools manufacturer, I drove demand gen and sales enablement for completions technology, stood up GA4 + HubSpot reporting, tightened CRM hygiene, produced technical content and case studies, supported trade shows (SPE / URTeC), and built paid / organic programs that fed qualified opportunities to the field.
