Visualization is a tool that elite athletes use to prepare for an event or performance.
It is incredibly powerful when used for overcoming fears.
You see what you want to experience in your mind and create it in the world.
All you need to do? Sit silently for a couple minutes before you post and visualize yourself writing the post, see the smile on your face and feel the excitement of publishing your ideas.
Then, see others reading, enjoying, and appreciating your content.
Go through the entire creation process in your head from coming up with the idea to writing it, pressing send, and responding to your audience. Feel excitement and gratitude.
This will prime your brain to be more comfortable with posting content because your brain won’t know the difference between mental simulation and real-world practice.
Exercise:
Spend a few minutes each day visualizing yourself posting before you actually post content. You will notice an improvement in your content and your confidence.
