Silence Your Fears
Fear is costing you money.  Fear of rejection and failure is the number one barrier that prevents many would-be influencers and subject matter experts from showcasing their authentic selves to the world.  Overcoming this fear is essential for your personal brand and your professional growth.  Because fear is the number one reason people fail to launch, I want to cover this first. Fear may have stopped you before – it won’t anymore. If you practice the exercises in this module, your fear will reduce and you will be able to launch flawlessly in the weeks ahead. Next, we will cover strategies and exercises used by seasoned public speakers to silence these fears and confidently present their true selves.

Leveraging Kaizen
The Japanese principle of “Kaizen”, or continuous improvement, teaches us that small, ongoing positive changes can reap significant improvements. You’ve likely seen the “get 1% better each day” memes across social media or have read about it in a Jade Bonacolta blog. This is because Kaizen is simply the most powerful factor of personal branding. Applying Kaizen to personal branding, we understand that the journey to mastery begins with a single, albeit imperfect, step forward. And from this imperfect step forward, we learn to take the next step, and the next, and the next… until it compounds into a million dollars. We want our brand and our content to be perfect before we begin but it’s not about achieving perfection on the first try. Kaizen teaches us to embrace the process of consistent, incremental change. And, through this incremental change, we win. In this module you will learn how to leverage Kaizen to tackle the blank cursor, defeat procrastination, and begin the journey.
