The best way to overcome a fear is by gradually exposing yourself to it in controlled doses and increasing the amount over time. Start by sharing small, authentic pieces of yourself in less intimidating environments and progressively move to more public platforms.
Each time you do this, it gets easier. Your brain learns to behave in these situations more naturally. Getting into a state of flow becomes easier.
Start with mom and grandma, then your close friends, then some acquaintances. After a few days, you’ll be more comfortable sharing your ideas with strangers.

Start with writing a post or making a video on a topic you’re passionate about but have been hesitant to share. Share it with a close friend or a supportive group before going public. Gradually increase your audience size as your confidence grows.
