Learn to Develop Intuition

The subconscious mind is the key to intuition.
Too many people believe the answers to all of life’s questions can be found in textbooks, universities, scriptures, and other theosophical doctrines. We spend most of our lives searching for answers outside of ourselves when in reality all the answers we seek can be found within.
Our hidden genius is there, just waiting to be tapped, and it resides in the depths of the mind just below waking experience – the subconscious mind. Tap into this hidden genius and learn to develop your intuition.
Many programs such as the Ultramind series, a program developed by Jose Silva, can teach us how to harness this untapped resource at will. There are as many books on the topic of learning to develop intuition as there are individuals seeking to strengthen it – yet the keys to harnessing this incredible resource remain fairly simple.
If you research some of the most successful people, you will find that at some point throughout their lives they learned to develop this mind muscle and follow their inner guidance.
Developing intuition is a key component of success in business, relationships, and life in general. It allows us to sense things that our eyes cannot see and to listen to things which the ears cannot hear. Some call it the “sixth sense”.
How to Know When Your Intuition Speaks
To properly use intuition first you must learn to recognize the subtle signs of its existence and you must listen to the signs. Intuition will get stronger the more you use it, so it is absolutely imperative that once you learn how your intuition speaks to you, that you listen and act. Intuition is not loud and brazen. Intuition will not knock on your door. The signs that your intuition is speaking is often times subtle – yet the experience is different for each individual.
Some may receive intuitive messages in dreams. Others may feel butterflies or a certain “gut instinct”. Some may perceive intuition as a series of images that may flash through their mind. Some may feel intuition as uneasiness or negative emotions when intuition is trying to steer them away from something harmful. Sometimes we hear people say such things as “I felt it in my heart” or “My soul felt it was right”. These are all good examples of intuition.
When intuition is properly developed, some are even able to enter “conversations” with their intuition as certain states of mind are entered (usually seen in experienced meditators or through the use of lucid dreaming).
How to Properly Develop Your Intuition
We are all born with the ability to use intuition, however it must be nourished and cultivated in order to use it to its maximum benefit. Here are a few pointers to help you use this innate gift to its truest and fullest potential:
Learn to Meditate – Regular meditation will help you to clear your mind and prepare to listen to all that your intuition has to say. Meditation within the Theta or Alpha brainwave state is best for this process. Visit Learn Brainwave Meditation for more details on the topic of brainwave meditation.
Ask Questions – When communicating with intuition, do not take the passive route. Boldly ask for answers to the questions you need help with.
Make Time to Listen – Even when life gets busy, set aside time each day to listen to, and to build, your intuition. Give your intuition the spotlight each and every day. This is a CRITICAL step. Intuition will only get stronger with use.
Jot Down Your Answers – Neuroscience has found that if intuitive images or impressions are not captured within 40 seconds, they will fade and cannot easily be recalled again. Keep a journal of your intuitive guidance and watch what unfolds.
Take Immediate Action – When you immediately act on information received, you will discover that you begin to get even MORE assistance from your intuition. Within a matter of weeks or months, you will be in a state of flow and the information and valuable answers will come regularly. Demonstrate belief and faith in your intuition and you will see more results in your life, in business, in relationships, and any other area you need assistance.
It is proven that whether you want to achieve success in business, find a new love, gain insight, or simply learn more about yourself intuition is the best way to create a winning strategy for lifelong success.
Trusting intuition is simply trusting yourself, and the more you trust yourself, the more success you can achieve in your life.
